Justen Fischer represents businesses and individuals in a variety of complex commercial and business matters, including first and third-party insurance claims. Justen is experienced in handling disputes involving breach of contract, insurance coverage, real property, probate, trusts, and general liability. He has a strong record of success in mediation, arbitration, and litigation in both state and federal courts. Justen’s broad range of experience as a commercial litigator enables him to take a versatile approach to complicated problems with a unique perspective and aggressive litigation strategy. Prior to joining Clausen Choquette, Justen practiced law at prominent commercial litigation firm based in South Florida, where he handled complex business disputes and property insurance claims throughout all stages of litigation. Justen received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida. He obtained his law degree from the Nova Shepard Broad College of Law, where he was a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and proudly served as a Mentor in the Law School’s Florida Bar Auxiliary Program.
